Note di degustazione
The golden colored 2005 Vouvray Clos du Bourg Moelleux Première Trie offers an intense and concentrated, honey-sweet and chamomile-flavored bouquet, with some chalk and caramel flavors, whereas the fruit aromas are beautifully integrated. Sweet, smooth, mineral and very elegant on the palate, this is a great, full-bodied, dense and perfectly balanced Moelleux of great finesse and provided with tension, an already accessible maturity and a lingering and stimulating salinity in the very good finish. Very sensual and absolutely beautiful to drink on its own. The wine was bottled in April 2004 with 12. 5% alcohol, 81 grams per liter of residual sugar and a gentle acidity of 4.5 grams per liter (pH 3.42). Drink over the next 30-40 years.
