5,000 bottles. Full, broad, nutty nose. Pale straw colour and packed in a white burgundy bottle. Yeasty and tangy, like a fino foetus? Really fun and substantial. Bone dry and rather reminiscent of a Savagnin from the Jura with lower acidity. Long and impressive. Could this spawn imitations? It should. (JR)
