Note di degustazione
Ripe berries, terra cotta, black ink, crushed stone, oyster shell, and moss on the nose. Medium-bodied with a lovely balance and finesse to the tannins that are nicely integrated and give a long and persistent finish. So drinkable and attractive. Drink now or hold. Screw cap.

This poised and elegant 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Margaret River's leading wineries is beautifully expressive of the region and variety. Red and black currant fruit aromas are superbly integrated with fine-grained oak with a cedary lift adding detail. There is good fruit generosity on display for such a young wine matched by palate tension of fresh acidity and chalky tannins behind a long, balanced finish. Classically styled, this will undoubtedly age well.
Concentrated, silky and lingering, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and fine with salted licorice, ripe raspberry, dark chocolate and exotic spice. It's a beautiful wine that continues the legacy of Moss Wood Cabernets, albeit with a slightly softer, more lilting voice. Age-worthy in the supreme.
