This was Bomfim at 30 years – the low-lying, south-facing Bomfim quinta tends to be drier than Malvedos. Dark tawny with a greenish rim. Good very spicy, punchy nose. Round and almost medicinal notes. Long and very slightly spirity on the end. (JR)
