The 2020 Zinfandel Hayne Vineyard, tasted from barrel, shows all the silkiness that is typical of wines from this famous St. Helena ranch. There is a bit less body than normal, some of which might be attributable to the barrel sample. I am looking forward to tasting this from bottle. For now, the 2020 is certainly promising.
