The 2020 The White Coat is a soft, easygoing white to drink over the next few years. Apricot, white flowers and light tropical notes are nicely lifted throughout. The blend is 55% Grenache Blanc and 45% Vermentino. The absence of Roussanne from Howell Mountain yields a White Coat that is a bit more taut than is typically the case.
