Note di degustazione
The 2014 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru has a fresh bouquet with crushed stone, yellow plum and touches of jasmine. Light pottery wheel aromas emerge with time. The palate is very well balanced with a keen thread of acidity. Lively and poised, this fans out towards the finish with touches of chai and Vervane. Excellent.

(13.1% alcohol): Bright yellow. Pure, scented nose combines pineapple, ripe peach, crushed stone and menthol. Juicy and sharply delineated but still quite youthfully imploded. Lively and light on its feet, with very good penetration, but doesn't build on the finish like the young 2015 version does. Distinctly linear today: will this expand with several years of cellaring?
