1983 Domaine Jasmin Côte-Rôtie

Fully mature yet still fully alive on the nose – iron filings, biltong and cinnamon notes – earthy and refined. Such vivacity on the palate – peppercorn, meaty, savoury and with such a sense of vitality and energy still. Tannins are still present, fine and detailed with a long attractive layered finish.
