2017 Chandon de Briailles Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Fournaux 1er Cru

The 2017 Savigny-lès-Beaune Aux Fournaux 1er Cru comes from a parcel planted after the frosts in 1956. It has a beautiful, pixelated bouquet with vibrant red cherries, crushed strawberry and a blue fruit top notes, all underwritten by a fine line of mineralité . The palate is very well balanced, displaying supple tannin, a nearly perfect line of acidity and such vivacity and focus on the finish that you are already itching for the next sip. This is a great Savigny.
