Note di degustazione
The 2015 Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Clos Sorbé has a more introspective bouquet compared to the other premier crus, dark berry fruit mixed with very distant hints of seaweed and oyster shell. The palate is very silky in texture. This feels very harmonious and focused, the acidity beautifully judged with black cherries and a hint of cassis towards the elegant finish. No, not a powerful Morey, but exquisitely crafted.

Lively and fresh, really racy and fine and delicate. Great style and vivacity. Crunchy. (JR)
Moderately saturated medium red. Alluring scents of maraschino cherry, raspberry and rose petal. Pure, intense and utterly seamless, offering good density of material and subtle sucrosité . With its combination of silky fruit and power, this wine should evolve gracefully in bottle. "It was easy to get both red and black fruits into the 2015s," said Fourrier, "but the vintage's floral character was harder to keep." Finishes with serious dusty tannins and excellent length.
