(made from three parcels planted in the 1950s--an extension of the estate's vines in Meursault; the crop level here was very low, noted assistant Eric Baudin): Healthy pale yellow. Apple and spices on the nose. At once supple and juicy, with orchard fruit and spice flavors showing good intensity. Not particularly closed after the bottling, and approachable now. Finishes with good length.
