2019 Graham LBV

Full bottle 1,225 g.  Blackberry and cassis fruit, herbal undertones. Super-juicy but with a long firm central line that seems to be woven from eucalyptus, liquorice and mouth-watering minerality. So fresh as a result! Satin tannins that disappear into the deep pool of fruit. Testing this wine (for possible food-pairing ideas) with chocolate ganache and treacle tart made it taste almost dry! Avoid very sweet desserts with this port.  GV  (TC)
