Note di degustazione
The 2022 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is another cuvée that nips at the heels of its 2020 counterpart. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of dark berries, plum and rose petals mingled with notions of incense and exotic spices, it's full-bodied, deep and seamless, with a cool core of fleshy fruit, lively acids and velvety tannins, concluding with a long, perfumed, penetrating finish.

The 2022 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has a powerful bouquet with ripe raspberry and strawberry scents, incredibly pure and opulent but it still maintains focus and delineation. The palate has a slightly candied entry and supple tannins. It's lower in acidity than I recall a couple of years ago, with a plush and sensual finish. Just a dab of white pepper on the aftertaste. Primal and requiring time but a dashing Latricières. Tasted at the Latricières vertical at La Cabotte, London.
