It offers outstanding length and plenty of finesse. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2009. Pieropan is one of the historic producers in the Soave region. From its pristine cellar the estate releases benchmark wines for the appellation. While I generally prefer Soave on the younger side, Pieropan’s wines have also proven to age gracefully.
