2011 Mollydooker Cabernet Sauvignon Gigglepot

Made with 100% McLaren Vale fruit, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Gigglepot is deep garnet-purple in color and shows warm black currant, black cherries and cloves on the nose over hints of potpourri, rose and touch of mint. Rich, full-bodied and pure in the mouth, it shows no bitterness and gives nice acid freshness and balance. It finishes long with a nice bit of savouriness laced with anise. Drink it to 2020+.
