(100% tempranillo): Inky ruby. Explosively perfumed aromas of ripe black and blue fruits, vanilla, pipe tobacco and potpourri. Very ripe and rich but lively, with a zesty spine of acidity giving energy and focus to the potent blackberry and cherry-vanilla flavors. Soft tannins add support and shape to this powerful wine, whose depth and vivacity suggest it will cruise easily into its second decade.
