Another tasty entry-level offering, the NV Brut Premier Cru Cachet Or impresses for its energy and focus. Lemon oil, hazelnuts and dried flowers are all woven together nicely. There is a brightness to the finish that is highly appealing. This is a terrific choice for drinking over the next few years. Disgorgement date: July 16, 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2016. I was deeply impressed with the wines I tasted from Lassalle this year, all of which were standouts. Lassalle’s disgorgement dates are etched into the bottles just above the labels.
