Lurid violet. Ripe red and blue fruits, cherry pie, incense, potpourri and exotic spices on the expansive nose, which is sharpened by a smoky mineral topnote. Deeply concentrated yet lively in character, offering sappy, mineral- and spice-driven black raspberry, cherry cola, boysenberry and candied lavender flavors that spread out steadily through the back half. Shows sharp delineation and mineral cut and finishes extremely long and smooth, with polished tannins and reverberating floral and blue fruit liqueur notes.
