Note di degustazione
More concentrated and slightly darker-fruited than the 2020, the 2019 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée Tradition boasts scents of clove and allspice alongside ripe cherries. It's full-bodied and richly tannic but also mouthwatering and long. It's a sturdy CdP that can be drunk young with grilled beef or lamb or aged and then paired with rich braises and stews.

The blend of spring flowers and garrigue on the nose is just perfect. The dark red berries come though from there on the nose and palate. Soft, fruity, fresh and juicy, the wine is already such a treat in your glass. The finish loads you with with its melange of red fruits and olives. Enjoy it on release, or give it a year or two in the cellar, either way you\'re in for a treat. Drink from 2023 - 2034
The classic 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape checks in as 75% Grenache and 11% each of Syrah and Mourvèdre, with the balance a mix of other permitted varieties. Beautiful blackberry and raspberry fruits as well as spice, Provençal garrigue, and ground pepper emerge from this beauty, and it's a medium-bodied, character-filled, spicy, complex red to enjoy over the coming 10-12 years or so.
Bright violet. Expressive aromas of cherry cola, red berries, pungent herbs and lavender, plus a hint of smoked meat in the background. Shows strong, energetic lift to the bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors, which turn sweeter through the back half. Closes with strong tenacity and interwoven tannins that lend discreet, firming grip.
