Note di degustazione
Flint, matchstick, smoke, vanilla – absolutely gorgeous, combining reductive complexity with perfectly ripe apple fruit. Long, smoky finish – the oak plays a big role here, but it never quite dominates. (RH)

Tense, not really ample enough for the price. A bit tense. Without having enough undertow. (JR)
There is ample wood to the ripe, expressive and solidly complex nose of honeysuckle, pear, white peach and discreet spice nuances. The medium-bodied flavors possess a sophisticated mouth feel and plenty of palate coating dry extract before culminating in a wonderfully long finish. The complexity displayed by the nose is further reflected on the palate and this is really very stylish. Tasted: Jun 11, 2013. Drink: 2018+
