2005 Grosset - Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc

(a 50/50 blend) Light gold. Intensely floral aromas of vibrant peach, melon and honeycomb. Where the '06 suggests sauvignon, this is much more semillon, with dried orchard and pit fruit flavors dusted by talc-y minerals. Finishes juicy and quite long, with a burst of floral honey and melon.
