The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Echézeaux is the deepest, most complete of Jouan's communal appellations, offering up aromas of cassis, plums, sweet soil tones, orange rind and peonies. Medium to full-bodied, round and fleshy, it's bright and lively, with a long, perfumed finish.
