2020 Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet Clos Saint-Jean 1er Cru

The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Clos Saint-Jean 1er Cru comes from a young parcel in the centre of the village. Maybe this does not have quite the same complexity as the Maltroye at the moment, a little subdued. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed texture, hints of tangerine and mandarin, almond and white peach towards the finish. Fine.
