The 2019 Meursault Narvaux has a very tight nose, less flattering than the Chevalières, stonier and perhaps more complex. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Notes of tinned apricot and light peachy notes, a dash of spice towards the finish, though it does require a little more length and nerve.

Cask sample. Pretty inexpressive on the nose. And indeed on the palate. Though the balance between the ingredients works. I'm just a bit in search of flavour for the moment… (JR)
