2021 Revana Family Vineyards Revana Weitz Vinyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Looking at the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Revana Estate Vineyard, which comes from eight blocks in the estate vineyard in St. Helena (a relatively steep slope), it sports a deep purple hue as well as a great nose of ripe blue fruits (cassis, blueberries) supported by scorched earth, graphite, chocolate, and a kiss of background oak. This rich, dense, concentrated, and full-bodied effort needs 4-5 years in the cellar, but it’s clearly a brilliant wine.
