100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wines are produced from the upper Sancerre vineyard, the most famous of which is the 'Dom De La Moussière'.Its exceptional quality has led to it being officially classified as a unique category amongst the Sancerre wines. Available now, 221 stores, exclusive to UK multiples, cork. Neat, fresh, quite lean but enough fruit. I don't think it's worth the premium on the regular Mellot Sancerre but it should mellow (ho ho) a bit over the next few months. (JR)
