Note di degustazione
Based on the 2020 vintage, complemented by fully 50% reserve wines, Lilbert's latest NV Grand Cru Cramant Blanc de Blancs was disgorged this year with three grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of citrus zest, crisp green apple, freshly baked bread and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and pillowy, with a bright core of fruit and a chiseled, saline profile.

Grower based in the grand cru of Cramant producing 'tiny quantities'. 100% Chardonnay (50% 2018, 50% from 2016 and 2017 reserve wine), malo. Aged four months on lees in stainless steel, 2.5 years sur lattes. Manual riddling and disgorgement. Bottled April 2019, RS 3 g/l, TA 4.4 g/l, pH 3.04, SO 2 total 77 mg/l, free 10 mg/l. Much more subtle than the Jean de Foigny. Gently toasty, fine mousse, pure citrus. Light on its feet but persistent. (JH)
Lilbert's NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is dry and bracing, with plenty of white flowers, citrus and chalky notes. Beautifully sculpted and refreshing in its energy, the Blanc de Blancs offers striking persistence and notable personality. Some of the intensity narrows out a bit on the finish, but otherwise, this is a very attractive wine. The current release is a blend of 35% 2012, 30% 2011 and 35% 2010, bottled with 6 grams of dosage. Disgorged: Spring 2016.
