The 2015 Barbaresco Montaribaldi is fabulous. Bright, fresh and beautifully delineated, the Montaribaldi is endowed with terrific energy that balances the natural richness of the year. Chalk, crushed rocks, orange peel and mint all add to a sensation of brightness that runs through the wine. The long, nuanced finish is nicely supported by beams of salinity. What a gorgeous wine this is.

Once again, the 2015 Barbaresco Montaribaldi shows why this is such a fabulous site. Creamy and ample on the palate, with tremendous volume, the 2015 possesses remarkable class and pedigree. I can't wait to taste it from bottle. Even at this early stage, the Montaribaldi is shaping up to be fabulous.
