The 2022 Pavé is a ripe, rich Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the warm vintage and its clay soils. The palate is full, with the warmth of ripe red apple fruit and some almond flavor. It's rich and chewy with some meal-like substance. Gentle acidity provides balance but is far from racy. This is a food wine.
