2010 Daniel-Etienne Defaix Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru

Fresher than their Les Lys 2009 with a distinctive peanut and dried-apple fruit. Still with youthful fruit but perhaps not the most interesting – doesn't seem to have the depth expected from a premier cru. (RH)
