2016 Long Meadow Ranch Blanc de Noirs Anderson Valley

The 2016 Blanc de Noirs was made in the style of an Extra Brut and disgorged in January of 2020. The nose opens with deep aromas of pie crust and crushed apples with very pretty top notes of elderflower and petrichor. The palate is medium-bodied and dry with savory flavor layers and lively mousse, and it finishes long and perfumed with tangy uplift.
