Deep red. Smoky aromas of black raspberry and cherry, with spice and vanilla nuances gaining strength with aeration. Fleshy and smooth in texture, with deep, gently sweet cherry and red berry preserve flavors and a jolt of oak spice. Finishes velvety and persistent, the cherry note repeating. This could handle rich foods.
