The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Serpentières is especially promising, unwinding in the glass with aromas of sweet berries, spices, potpourri, cherries and bergamot. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's bright and lively, framed by velvety tannins and mouthwatering acids. The 2019 combines the charm of the 2017 vintage with the substance of the 2015—a very winning combination.
