Note di degustazione
The 2019 Chardonnay Rachael's Vineyard offers pure scents of saline, toasted almonds, graphite, dried flowers and white peach with touches of beeswax. The medium-bodied palate is silky and fresh with graphite and toast-laced flavors, and it finishes very long. This is still youthfully coiled and will improve with another couple of years in bottle.

The 2019 Chardonnay Rachael's Vineyard is the richest wine in this range. Tiny berries and low yields produced a textured, unctuous Chardonnay endowed with quite a bit of oiliness. Picked a bit riper than the other Chardonnays, the Rachel's is a decidedly extroverted wine. Even so, all the elements come together so well. Apricot, ripe peach and tangerine linger on the heady finish.
