This year, there are two barrels of the lovely 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Etelois, a medium to full-bodied, broad and enveloping red redolent of wild berries, peonies, orange zest and baking spices. Supple and seamless, it's built around melting tannins and concludes with a saline finish.
