The 2015 Zinfandel Salvador Vineyard is aromatic, lifted and gracious. Sweet dried cherry, dried flowers anise and cedar notes give the 2015 its distinctive lifted quality. It will be interesting to see how the 2015 develops over the rest of its aging. Today, the fruit tastes a bit dried out.
