The 2019 Cabernet Franc comes across as a cooler climate example of the variety and is medium-bodied and elegant, with pretty red (and some black) fruits as well as floral, earthy, and spicy aromas and flavors. Mid-weight and nicely balanced, with loads of charm, drink it over the coming decade.

The 2019 Cabernet Franc is a stellar wine. The Pride Franc has always had some percentage of blenders, but the 2019 is almost all Franc, and that really comes through in the wine's aromatic profile and overall energy. Silky tannins round out the finish. The Franc is one of the hidden gems sprinkled throughout this impressive range from Pride.
Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Cabernet Franc hits the ground running with vibrant notions of redcurrant jelly, black raspberries and cedar, plus hints of pencil lead, wild sage and forest floor with a touch of dried mint. The medium to full-bodied palate is packed with vibrant red berry preserves and black fruit accents, supported by finely grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and with a skip in its step.
