2019 Duckhorn Vineyards Monitor Lodge Red Wine

I like the floral layer here, which complements the blackberries, roasted spices and dark cherries. On the palate this is not overly ambitious, but rather elegant, vibrant and nuanced. Juicy berries and fine tannins on the medium-to full-bodied palate. Well balanced and promising! Attractive now, but better to put away until 2024.
