Note di degustazione
Coming from a small site next to Dr. Crane in St. Helena, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Vidovich Vineyard is deep purple-hued with an awesome bouquet of bloody blue fruits, chocolate, baking spices, and savory herbs. It's full-bodied, has wonderfully integrated acidity, ripe, polished tannins, and a great finish.

A new addition to the Rivers-Marie lineup, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Vidovich Lane Vineyard comes from a tiny two-acre parcel not far from the famous Dr. Crane Vineyard. There's a hint of green coffee bean on the nose, but it's backed by plenty of ripe black cherries, while the full-bodied palate is creamy and lush, with a long, generous finish.
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Vidovich Lane Vineyard is redolent of dark fruit, espresso, licorice, saddle leather, dried herbs and gravel. This potent, backward St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon packs a pretty huge punch. Give the tannins a year or two to begin to soften.
