2003 Dominique Laurent - Ruchottes-Chambertin

Medium red. Reduced aromas of roasted raspberry, coffee, smoked meat and mocha. Attractively creamy and seamless in texture but without quite the intensity or depth of the best wines in this cellar. This has plenty of texture but doesn't quite come alive today. Finishes with sweet tannins and a mocha flavor.
