Inky purple. Blackberry, boysenberry and Asian spices on the highly perfumed nose. Supple and appealingly sweet, offering intense black and blue fruit flavors that pick up a floral quality with air. Finishes lively, precise and very long, with strong punch and fine-grained tannins that harmonize smoothly with the fruit.

Opaque purple. High-toned aromas of dark berries, floral oil, star anise and black pepper. Silky and perfumed in the mouth, with terrific thrust and lift to its concentrated blackberry and violet pastille flavors. Shows excellent clarity and sappiness on the bright, perfumed finish.
