Note di degustazione
Bachelet's 2009 Bourgogne is a deep, intense wine loaded with dark fruit and a voluptuous, mouth coating texture. Floral and mineral notes add complexity on the finish. This is an especially supple, generous Bourgogne.

Bachelet’s 2009 Bourgogne is a deep wine loaded with dark fruit and a voluptuous, mouthcoating texture. Floral and mineral notes add complexity on the finish. This is an especially supple, generous Bourgogne. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019. Denis Bachelet farms four hectares of vineyards, which are just enough to produce about 20,000 bottles of wine per year. Many of the vineyards are old, which contributes to a house style built on power and textural richness. Deep crimson. Savoury and even a little leathery. Quite juicy and very interesting and complex already on the nose. This should make lively bottle! (JR)
