The 2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Serpentières is a strong effort, mingling aromas of sweet berries, plums, orange zest, rhubarb, peonies and spices in an inviting bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with a fleshy core of fruit, supple tannins and lively acids, it's one 2021 that will reward bottle age.
