The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Steltzner Vineyard comes from a site in the Stags Leap District, and it's another incredibly classy wine from this talented winemaker. Red and black fruits, graphite, tobacco, and a touch of chocolate all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a forward, textured mouthfeel, ripe, supple tannins, and a great finish. It's ripe and textured but holds onto plenty of classic Stags Leap freshness and elegance.
