Kiwi, redcurrant and honey aromas. Luscious and long, with relatively mild acids and delicate slate. This was the last wine picked, Christoffel explains. There was a "one-star" Würzgarten Auslese, but Christoffel hadn't even a single bottle to open for me: he retained only the two official "control bottles" that must be held for several years should the authorities want to inspect.
