2009 Sybille Kuntz Riesling Kabinett Trocken

From Lieser and Bernkastel with vines up to 40 years old. Oechsle: 90° – 95°, RS: 6.3 g/l, A: 7.4 g/l. Firm, verging on austere, tastes bone dry and chock full of minerality and firmness of everything, including purpose. A really great food wine. This is a wine that virtually marches across the palate. (JR)
