100% Chenin Blanc. Labelled non-vintage, but 100% of the juice is from the 2018 vintage. Bottled in March 2019, it has 40+ months on the lees before disgorging. No malolactic conversion. Empty bottle weight 775 g. Free SO 2 15 mg/l, total SO 2 90 mg/l, RS 6 g/l. Sparkling. Just a little too tart for fun when you have memoires of Huet fizz, alas. A bit astringent. (JR)
