The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a step up in price and has beautiful and lively notes of red and blue fruits, spring flowers, and violets. Medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured, and elegant, it shows the more pretty, lively style of the vintage and is going to keep for 20 years or more.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Seavey Vineyard is incredibly polished and sophisticated in 2018. The Seavey Cabernet usually needs time in bottle, and yet the 2018 is so incredibly appealing today. Although not quite as hefty as it can be, the Cabernet is beautifully persistent, suave and elegant right out of the bottle. Hints of cinnamon, dried flowers, tobacco and leather grace the mid-weight finish.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate was aged for 20 months in French oak, 58% new. It sports a deep garnet-purple color, rolling out of the glass with vibrant scents of warm cassis, baked blackberries and wild blueberries, plus hints of menthol, licorice, tar and tobacco leaf. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers mouth-coating black fruits with a velvety texture and plenty of freshness, finishing long and earthy. 1,015 cases were made.
