2014 Laurent Perrachon Juliénas Les Vignes Centenaires

Vivid ruby. Juicy and very fresh on the nose, displaying intense, mineral-tinged raspberry and boysenberry aromas and a hint of vanilla. Round and fleshy but vibrant as well, offering juicy red and blue fruit flavors that tighten up and become spicier on the back half. Deftly plays richness off vivacity and finishes very long and juicy, with silky tannins sneaking in late.
