2013 Trefethen Family Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

Notes of toast and dried molasses aromatics through the palate. Coffee and accents of purple fruit. The wine loses density as it crosses the palate even though it does carry through to a lingering finish primarily of toast flavours. (ECB)
